If you'd like to receive your order faster, please contact us at info@pleasurefalls.com before placing your order. Please note that faster delivery times attracts a higher delivery charge.

Customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the UK. For orders being shipped outside of the UK, PLEASE NOTE that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue straight away.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Circumstances outside of our control may cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you swiftly to resolve it.
